Chinese Consulate: Attempt #2

I imagine parts of China look like this photo I took in Vietnam. Tomorrow I will make a second attempt to get a Chinese visa for my upcoming work trip to China. Last time, I waited 2 hrs to hear: "You fill out wrong form! Come back later." I guess if you want to travel to China, you have to REALLY want it because they do not make it easy.
